1958
- Tom Conlon set up Conlon Life & Pensions.
1993
- Pauric Oates having spent 5 years with New Ireland Assurance, purchased Conlon Life & Pensions and renamed it Oates Conlon Life & Pensions.
1997
- Tommy Breheny who had over 10 years experience with Irish Permanent , joined the business and both Pauric & Tommy agreed at this stage they should include an Auctioneering service. The company is now known as Oates Conlon Breheny.
1998
- Sinead Walsh joined the business in the new capacity as Rental Manager for the newly established Rental & Property Management Division.
2000
- Moved from 4 JFK Parade to Millbrook House.
2002
- Shane Breheny who had over 10 years experience with PTSB joined as the business as Mortgage Manager to expand the mortgage division.
2004
- Renamed Oates Breheny Group.
