What is involved if I want to sell my property ?


  1. Contact our office and arrange for one of our property negiotatiors to visit your property, and we will advise you on the best price achievable.
  2. Agree a fee structure.
  3. Discuss marketing campaign.
  4. Agree format of brochure, placement of a For Sale Sign and advertising budget.
  5. Our in-house marketing team will design a brochure for your property and send it to you for proofing, then your property will be uploaded onto relevant websites.
  6. We will give you 24 hours notice of any viewings.
  7. Instruct your solicitors as early as possible in order for them to arrange the necessary paperwork and to obtain the deeds of your property from your bank/building society.
  8. Have you any extensions that require planning permission? These should be resolved at the beginning of your marketing campaign as this can cause delays later in the sale.
  9. Negotiate and agree purchase price between you the seller and the buyer.
  10. A deposit is obtained from the purchaser and a Sales Advice Note is sent to all parties involved detailing the terms of the sale.
  11. Your solicitior will draw up contracts and send to the purchaser’s solicitor for signing and at this stage the purchaser will pay a further 10% on signing the contracts.
